My journey began in the small prairie town of Lethbridge, Alberta. From there, I ventured to Calgary, where I completed my degree in Finance with a minor in International Business. It was in this world of finance that I first encountered real estate, a discovery that ignited a genuine passion within me.

This newfound passion inspired me to take a significant step. I decided to further my skills by enrolling in a diploma program for Real Property Appraisal and Assessment at UBC Sauder School of Business. This program immersed me in the intricacies of property valuation and tax sectors, providing training under industry experts. It covered everything, from property appraisal to assessment and property tax administration, emphasizing the importance of both independent work and teamwork.

Following my experience in the realm of Appraisal and Assessment, I closely collaborated with real estate agents and observed practices that didn't align with my values. This led me to embark on a new journey – becoming a real estate agent. With my background deeply rooted in client care and service, I'm committed to providing the best solutions while consistently exceeding your expectations.

I consciously chose to enter this competitive field in a city where I had no prior influence. It wasn't an easy choice, especially in a market with over 15,000 realtors in the greater Vancouver area. But my unwavering passion for the job and my sincere desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives drove me forward. I noticed common practices among realtors and decided to stand out by taking an approach that's genuine, holistic, educational, and empowering.

My past roles include working as a Residential and Commercial Lender, and I also spent over six years as a Financial and Wealth Advisor in the Credit Unions. This experience has given me a profound understanding of finance, lending, and your journey as a client, making me well-equipped to assist you at every step.

For the past six years, Vancouver has been my home, and I've fallen in love with the city and its real estate landscape.
